Active Cleaning Service is a locally owned and operated business that was established in 1998. Our staff of 60 cleaners strive for perfection. We've built a strong reputation of friendly, personalised service that meets our customers' needs. This has made us the preferred cleaning contractors in the Maitland, Newcastle and the Hunter Valley areas, including Rutherford and Raymond Terrace.

  • WHAT EXACTLY IS INVOLVED IN AN END OF LEASE CLEAN?

    An end of lease or bond clean is a mandatory process that occurs when you are leaving a property for new tenants to occupy. The landlord or rental agent will provide you with a detailed checklist which should contain the following:


    • Sweep, mop & vacuum floors
    • Remove any marks on walls
    • Organise a professional carpet clean

  • DO I NEED TO BE PRESENT WHILE YOU'RE CLEANING?

    No. However, it's important to discuss with our cleaners exactly what you'd like to have done so we meet your expectations.
